1. Since this is a live online course, once the student participates in a class, it is not possible to cancel the purchase and refund the payment because it is a real-time online course (similar to a face-to-face course).

1.1. In addition, after payment of this invoice we will send to your address a kit containing the following materials: Handbook (in English), notepad, exercise papers + 1 gift pigments kit.

Because the workbook contains all of Fernanda Jaffre’s intellectual content for this course, once this kit is sent to you, you are aware that your request for a refund cannot be accepted.

1.2. If necessary, we will allocate the student to the next available class if they have a valid cause.

2. The student must have working supplies for the second and third classes in order to complete the hands-on.

3. The amount paid on this invoice refers only to the reservation of a spot in the online training program.
